Educational Documents

Matric / Intermediate Certificates

Educational certificates issued by Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) are required to be countersigned by Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC).

University Degrees

Degrees issued by universities must be attested from Higher Education Commission (HEC). Medical degrees require attestation from both HEC and Ministry of National Health Services.

Certificates of Technical Skills

Must be attested by local technical board and NAVTTC.

Equivalence Certificates

Foreign educational documents require equivalence from IBCC or HEC before MOFA attestation.

ACCA / ICAP Documents

ACCA certificates must be verified by British Council & ACCA. ICAP documents must be verified by ICAP authority.

ICMAP Certificates

Must be attested by Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP).

Madaris Certificates

Must be verified by IBCC or HEC depending on category before MOFA attestation.

Hifz-ul-Quran Certificates

Must be attested by IBCC.

Bonafide Certificates

University/School certificates must be verified by Registrar / Education Officer and supporting student documents required.

Character Certificates

Must be signed by Registrar/Principal and verified through IBCC or HEC.

School Leaving Certificates

Must be attested by IBCC or District Education Authority / PEIRA.

Certificates from Abroad

Must be attested by Pakistan Mission abroad.

IELTS / TOEFL Certificates

Must be verified by issuing authority or embassy depending on origin.

Reference Letters

Must be signed by professor and countersigned by university registrar.

Marriage / Divorce Documents

Nikkah Nama

Must include signatures of bride, groom, witnesses and NADRA registration documents.

Overseas Marriage

Must be attested by foreign office and Pakistani embassy.

Divorce Certificate

Must be issued by Union Council / Arbitration Council.

Unmarried Certificate

Must be issued by Union Council on official letterhead.

Identity Documents

CNIC / NICOP / POC

Copies are attested only after verification of original document.

Birth / Death Certificates

Must be issued by NADRA or Union Council and properly verified.

Police Character Certificate

Issued by District Police Officer (DPO).

Medical Documents

Medical Degrees

Must be attested by Ministry of National Health Services.

Fitness Certificates

Issued by MS / Civil Surgeon / District Health Officer.

Vaccination Certificates

Must be issued by NADRA or government hospital.

Commercial & Business Documents

Business Agreements

Must be signed by company and verified by Chamber of Commerce.

Power of Attorney

Executant must appear in person with CNIC and documents.

Invoices / Certificates

Must be issued on company letterhead and verified by CCI or SECP.

Miscellaneous

Affidavits

Must be on stamp paper and attested by Magistrate.

Documents from Abroad

Must be attested by Pakistan Embassy in the respective country.
